Cottage 10

Cottage 10 is a very comfortable 3-bedroom. Its location, while within the site of cottage 11, is a little more private. The view from here is stunning! Groups will often rent Cottages 10 & 11 to have their own private space.

Amenities: a bbq, a fire pit, a small equipped kitchen area which includes a coffee pot, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, a fridge, a microwave, and a countertop range. Cottages have been upgraded to include a small hot shower.

Cottage 10. Pricing 2026

  • Three-Bedroom Cottages range from $280-$315 + HST per night and are $1975 + HST week

  • 7 Person Occupancy, 2 vehicle and/or a boat trailer. Cots are available. Additional person $25 per night/$125 per week

Minimum 3-night rental

Check-in time between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. If check-in after 9:00 pm is needed, please email us to confirm it is possible. Check-out is 10:00 am.

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required upon booking

Minimum age for rental is 21. Government issued ID is required (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc.)

A deposit of 30% of the remaining balance is required by April 1st, 2026 all rentals between June 26, 2026 and September 1, 2026. For all other bookings a 30% deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival.

A $200 damage deposit and a $50 cleaning deposit will be required upon check-in.

  • Pets are allowed in cottages.

  • NO smoking or vaping in the cabins or log home.

  • No refund if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date. 50% of amount paid after booking deposit refunded if cancelled 31-60 days before arrival date. 61+ days 100% refund of amount paid excluding booking deposit.

  • Bring all your bedding for double beds and some for a twin bed

  • Towels (bath, beach, hand and dish)

  • Campfire/beach chairs

  • Bug repellant and sunscreen

  • Water shoes or something similar are a good idea for our beautiful natural waterfront

  • A device that you can download and watch shows on for any potentially rainy days

  • Books, puzzles and board games
