Cottage 5

Located next to the Log Home and just above the boat dock, Cottage 5 is a comfortable two-bedroom cottage.

Those who prefer a little more shade prefer this cottage. It has a kitchenette and cozy living space.

Capacity: up to 5 people

Amenities: a fire pit, a small equipped kitchen area which includes a coffee pot, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, a fridge, a microwave, and a countertop range. Cottages have been upgraded to include a small hot shower.

Parking: for 1 car

Cottage 5. Pricing 2024

  • Two-Bedroom Cottages range from $200-$235 + HST per night and are $1400 + HST week if booked and deposit is paid prior to Feb 1, 2024.

  • From Feb 1, 2024 on, prices will be increasing to $1500/ week + HST

  • 5 Person Occupancy, 1 vehicle. Cots are available. Additional person $25 per night/$125 per week

Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals from July 1 to Sept 2, 2024.

Check-in time is 4pm to 9pm. If check-in after 9:00 pm is needed please email us to confirm it is possible. Check-out is 10 am.

A non-refundable 10% deposit is required upon booking

Minimum age for rental is 21 and Government issued ID is required (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc.)

30% deposit required by April 1st, 2024 on remaining balance for all rentals between July 1, 2024 and September 2, 2024. For all other bookings a 30% deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival.

A $200 damage deposit and a $50 cleaning deposit will be required upon check-in.

  • Pets are allowed in cottages.

  • NO smoking or vaping in the cabins or log home.

  • No refund if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date. 50% of amount paid after booking deposit refunded if cancelled 31-60 days before arrival date. 61+ days 100% refund of amount paid excluding booking deposit.

What should you bring?

  • Bring all your bedding for double beds and some for a twin bed

  • Pillows

  • Towels (bath, beach, hand and dish)

  • Campfire/beach chairs

  • Bug repellant and sunscreen

  • Water shoes or something similar are a good idea for our beautiful natural waterfront

  • A device that you can download and watch shows on for any potentially rainy days

  • Books, puzzles and board games
